We try hard to prevent or fix any issue with the game. Sorry to hear that, I checked your previous tickets and found that is not first time when you face some issues. Just venting before I drop out of the game. I don't really expect the people who did this to give a crapor offer any help whatsoever. Sorry to see it all go up in a puff of smoke but there is literally not one thing I can do about any of it except complain on here. I had over one hundred ships on my account, millions of credits, and lots of goodies. I haven't seen the update because I have been unable to login since it hit. No problem on my end, I've changed nothing. Try it at your own risk.My system is okay, everything else works as normal. As far as I am aware there is no way to know if it will stop working completely or not, so this is a very real possibility. So up to now the launcher works like the Steam version used to work on a bad day (before it stopped working at all). The problem only appears during trying to log in to the game (any version, and they do use different configurations) or the support page (even if you are logged in to the Wargaming site already) And because of that issue, support isn't accessible at all.įor reference and in case it helps anyone else, I did a full install using the Wargaming launcher and there is still a huge delay at log in but at least it logs in after a while (like a minute or two).
